Happy Friday Night Worms! Are you itching for life to get back to normal so you can go and do something specific? For me, it’s getting a tattoo. I decided to bust out some henna for today’s photo to kind of scratch that itch. I wanted to talk to you guys about a series today, but when I wanted to tie in a henna tattoo, I knew exactly what series to choose. Thomas Harris created one of the most memorable villains of all time with Hannibal Lecter. I watched the Hannibal films before I read these and I went into these books with my fingers crossed. Wishing that the books would live up to how much I loved the films. I was so glad that the old nerd saying holds true, “The book was better.” The police procedures were well researched, Hannibal was even more terrifying and Clarice was way more badass and deep. The films are wonderful, but take some time to read an older book series and be pleasantly surprised! ~ Kallie
