Night Worms offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

Our website (www.nightworms.com) is hosted on Shopify Inc., from which you can purchase non-subscription based items such as our exclusive, limited Night Worms Book Club package, past Night Worms packages and other merchandise and services belonging to Night Worms. The referenced host, Shopify Inc. provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allow us to sell our products and services to you. Currently we are not offering subscription based plans while in BETA testing our business. Buying from Night Worms is first come, first serve as supplies last. We are not offering rain checks or guaranteeing anyone will be able to purchase a package.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site. You agree that if something is unclear, you will ask questions before purchasing.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
Certain content, products and services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties. Some of our packages will include discount codes, free downloads, passwords to access free books online, etc. It is up to those third parties to provide accurate information and if for whatever reason those service are not working properly, please contact the third party to rectify the issue. Promotional codes are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash, credit, or toward previous purchases. There is no cash alternative. Furthermore, promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotional discount, and must be redeemed by the expiry-date published, if provided.
Public user comments or feedback on our social media platforms are always considered the property of Night Worms and we retain the right to publish those comments or feedback at our discretion with no compensation. If you don't want your comments or feedback published please send a private email and express that in your email. We are under no obligation to respond publicly to comments or feedback but we will do so as much as we are able. Questions and concerns are best directed through our email. We will respond to emails in a timely manner Mon-Fri between the hours of 8am PST and 5pm PST. No emails on the weekends.
We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service.

Night Worms does not allow returns of Book Club Packages or other associated items/products, except as outlined in our Damaged or Missing Items section below. All sales are final. After packages leave Night Worms Headquarters with USPS, the responsibility lies with USPS. If your tracking reports that your package has been delivered but it was lost or stolen or for some other reason, you don't actually have the package, please file a claim with USPS. Priority Shipping that you paid for comes with insurance.

If you receive damaged or missing products/items from Night Worms, please contact us at email@example.com subject heading "DAMAGES" with details of the damaged or missing items. Photographic evidence of damage is required in order to receive replacement items. We might choose to file a claim with USPS if we feel the damage was caused in shipping.
All prices associated with Night Worms Services are displayed in U.S. Currency. Sales tax will be determined by the shipping address of the order and will automatically be added to your order in accordance with the current tax rate at time of charge. We do not collect sales tax in all states, only those where we are required to do so, or become required to do so by law in the future.
