I have this thing called book envy where I want what everyone is reading. Luckily, a good friend and fellow Night Worms reviewer, Matt aka @teamredmon, sent me hIs copy to cure my book envy. I read it as soon as I could after it got to my home and fell in love. It’s emotional and compelling but still suspenseful, gory, and haunting. If you follow me on social media, you know that I was RAGING when I finished this book. I mean, who gave Laurel Hightower the right to be such a good author? How dare she make me feel my feelings while still leaving blood and guts and spooky stuff in there like that. CROSSROADS is one everyone should read as soon as humanly possible.
