Happy Friday Night Worms! I hope everyone is staying home and staying safe. This week I wanted to talk to you guys about Susan Hill’s book, DOLLY. Susan Hill is a queen of the slow burn gothic and this book is just more evidence of that. DOLLY is obviously about a terribly creepy doll, so if creepy dolls are a deal breaker for you, stay away from this one. It’s also a really quick read so it’s perfect for a Friday night in isolation. I read it in a single sitting. It’s one of those books that I keep thinking about every now and then because of how beautifully it’s written. It’s definitely something you need to check out soon.
