I didn’t realize that I had developed a reputation.
In July, the Night Worms team asked me to write a blog post about werewolves. In August, my family gave me werewolf gloves, feet, and a mask for my birthday. Two weeks ago, while driving to Salem, my husband blasted a ten-minute track of nothing but werewolves howling. I’ll be honest, I was skeptical about going into Blood and Rain. I had never read a Glenn Rolfe novel and I’m not big on werewolves in any medium. Not that I don’t like them, I just haven’t cared much one way or the other. The Poltergeist Press reissue of this novel is what led me here, as I’m a fan of the publisher.
