You've Got Mail! by Andrew Fowlow, 'The Book Dad'

Newsletters can be an extremely valuable asset for authors. It's a means of reaching their readers and keeping them up-to-date on current works in progress, news, and upcoming releases.

Don't hesitate… punch in that email address and reap the benefits.

To be honest, the reason I love newsletters is that I get to know my favorite authors on a more intimate level. I feel as though I've developed rapport without ever meeting them. A newsletter generally tells me a little about what is going on in their life, fills me in on news and often will offer me something for subscribing. There are so many great perks for recipients. I've been given early access to limited edition books, writing 101's, short stories, and news I would normally miss in the endless scroll of social media.

This is not spam people… Indulge your inbox.

I'm adding Autumn Christian to this list. I just subscribed to her newsletter and I look forward to getting them. They're more like her musings, thoughts, social commentary, etc. They're always thought-provoking. Love it.

This is a good starting point for horror fans. Most of this list has new releases, details on special editions, book sales, events, etc. Stay in the loop and get to know your favorite authors by signing up for their newsletters. Don't miss out because you're worried about your inbox. Treat yourself to all the juicy details!

If you haven't done so already, I highly recommended subscribing to the Night Worms Newsletter. It's the best way to keep current so you don't miss out on any special announcements or important news.

My name's Andrew. I'm a husband and father who loves to read all things dark, thrilling, mysterious, and suspenseful. I didn't always enjoy reading but have been nothing short of obsessed over the last five or so years. The obsession has lead to writing and so here I am fighting for time to read and write while trying to work a full-time job and satisfy my family’s needs (#1 priority).
